Payment Method

Payment methods are credit card, ApplePay, GooglePay, ShopPay, PayPay, LINEPay, and PayDy. Once an order is completed, the payment method cannot be changed. Credit cards accepted via ShopPay are VISA, MASTER, American Express, JCB, Diners, and Discover. Please check your contract status (limit, number of contract payments, card number, etc.) carefully before using. Withdrawal dates and number of contract payments vary depending on the type of credit card and the details of the contract, so please check with your credit card company for details.

Shipping and handling fees

For deliveries within Japan, the shipping fee is 750 yen (tax included) per order nationwide. There is no additional shipping fee for remote islands or certain regions.

About your order and purchase history

You can check the details of your ordered items by going to "Purchase History/Delivery Status Check" on your My Page and viewing your order history and details.

Order Cancellation, Returns and Exchanges

We will not accept any cancellations of orders due to customer reasons after the order has been completed.

Changing your delivery address

We can only change the shipping address if the item has not yet been shipped. There may be other cases where we are unable to accept the change, such as when the item is being shipped. If you wish to change the shipping address, please fill out the form and submit it.

Product not delivered

Please check that your order has been completed at the with mellow STORE. If you have checked the delivery status on the "absentee slip" and it has been returned to us, please contact us via the "delivery-related" section of the chat.
